Meet Our Coaches

Aimee Schlueter

Certified Professional Coach

Hi! I’m Coach Aimee and I am super passionate about coaching students!

I am a Certified Professional Coach and received my training through iPec, one of the top coaching institutions accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I also hold the designation of Teen Coach Practitioner through the Teen Coach Academy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Elmhurst College.

Most of my professional life has been working with Company Owners, CEOs, and CFOs. I have encountered so many adults who have struggled for so long when they didn’t have to. All they needed was a coach! Once they learned to create more self-awareness and started using the tools they learned through coaching, they were able to move forward in a more productive way. As a result, their stress and anxiety greatly decreased.  I have always had the innate ability to help other people and it’s something I have done regularly in my personal and professional life.

One day it occurred to me, “What if I could teach these tools to younger people so they could have an easier time navigating life?” I knew how powerful a coaching experience would be for younger people and that it was so needed in today’s world. I followed my heart and began coaching teens and young adults. I truly believe our younger generation has an important role as our next leaders and will benefit from more useful life skills.

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and my son. I enjoy traveling, watching football, getting together with friends, games, music, dancing, laughing, having fun, and occasionally going indoor rock climbing.

Kerrie DiGia

Specializing in Neurodivergence

Hi! My name is Kerrie and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to having meaningful conversations. Always interested in people and human behavior, I studied neuroscience and psychology at the University of Michigan, and later, completed a professional coaching certification at the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).

My professional work experience includes a long history of working with the neurodivergent population, as well as in holistic health, managing a chiropractic practice for several years. In that time I had the opportunity to help patients’ achieve health goals and optimize their nervous system function.

My personal experience with neurodivergence includes a dx of my very own, ADHD. I was diagnosed as an adult while in college, and since then, have been on a personal and professional journey toward self-mastery.

The intersection of my collegiate background, coaching training, professional work, and personal experience has culminated into my desire and passion to focus predominantly on those with a brain-based uniqueness. We all have a unique “formula” waiting to be discovered that can help us get closer to where we want to go with more joy, ease, and flow. Can’t wait to meet you!

In my free time you’ll find me in nature, spending time with my kids and husband, traveling to quaint lakeside towns, exercising, loving my friends, being a forever-learner, and petting every dog I can.

Tyler Borowski

Life Coach Specializing in Transitions

Hey there, I’m Tyler! After years of questioning and searching for my purpose, I discovered a passion for empowering people from all walks of life to get out of their own way and build a life they can be proud of. My particular passion lies in guiding teens and young adults as they find their paths to self-fulfillment and a bright future.

After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Illinois State University, I wanted to forge my own path by enrolling at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching to pursue my dream of becoming a Certified Professional Coach, which I achieved in January 2020. I also became certified through iPEC as a Transitions Dynamics Specialist, enhancing my ability to support individuals during pivotal phases of their journey.

Along with my education, I’ve spent years serving and supporting hundreds of students as a mentor, counselor, coach, teacher, and program facilitator. A significant part of my professional journey lies in helping young people gain clarity on their goals, develop a plan, shift their mindset, and navigate the transition from where they are to where they want to go. I’ve worked with students transitioning into and out of high school and currently work within higher education as a Student Success Coach.

In my free time, you’ll find me meditating, playing disc golf, attending concerts, being out in nature, playing video games, or just hanging out with my favorite people!

Tyler Pritchard

Specializing in Ages 13+

Hi! I’m Tyler. I have always had an interest in self-reflection and personal growth, which has expanded into my love for learning about communication styles and helping people uncover, understand, and use their truest voice. Following my passion, I received my B.A. in Human Services from Saint Mary’s University of MN in 2008, and shortly after, became a certified life coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. I have since been working with teenagers and young adults through programs overseas, mentoring with not-for-profit groups, and coaching one-on-one.

My passion lies in working with teenagers and young adults who need support in building their confidence and self-worth and experiencing new transitions and changes. Young people face many challenges, including anxiety, depression, discovering their sexual identity, body image issues, dealing with family dynamics, applying to college or a new job, having difficulty communicating, managing resentment, all among many other changes occurring in their lives. I believe coaching can help them learn to shift their perspective and increase their confidence in their natural talents and strengths.

I understand that young people increasingly face choices and challenges that can feel overwhelming, but they don’t have to navigate their path alone. As a coach, I strive to create a warm, humorous, empathetic, and collaborative space. Working with my clients, I help them uncover a clear sense of self-worth through developing safe boundaries, an understanding of their communication style, an awareness to identify their emotions, and recognize their value system and how to connect that in their decision making.

In my free time, you can find me volunteering at the Denver Animal Shelter, enjoying a nice walk outside, practicing yoga, snowboarding someplace fun, or scanning a free little library for a new book.
